The finest natural (organic) olive oil in Sicily is now available to wholesalers, specialty stores, supermarkets and anybody who wants to purchase pure, extra virgin olive oil in quantity. It is cold pressed, unfiltered and non-refined. You can actually see the sediment at the bottom of the bottle, and you can taste the robust olive flavor of this unique product, perfect for salads or in any recipe calling for a distinctly natural olive oil. Grown on Tenuta Baronale in Sicily's Madonie Mountains, overlooking the scenic resort town of Cefalu, its taste is distinguished even among Sicilian olive oils. Boasting a low acid level, it is a healthy Italian olive oil of vintage quality, intended to be consumed within two years of its bottling date. Some of our olive trees are over a century old, descended from the olive trees brought to Sicily by the ancient Greeks and Phoenicians over 25 centuries ago.
